Anyways, here it goes. How many years does it take worthless channels like Vh1HD and MHD etc.. to finally get the clue and produce HD programming?? It seems everything they show is in a widescreen 185 aspect ratio, so obviously it was shot with an HD camera, but they compress it and downgrade it to SD into the the center of the HD channel and make it look like a SD channel even though it is on their HD channel?

The ABC and NBC affiliates in the Fort Myers, Florida area this weekend began delivering their local newscasts in High-Definition. WBBH-TV, the NBC affiliate in Fort Myers, made the switch now to coincide with the opening of next month's Summer Olympics, which will be broadcast by NBC.
