Resistance 2 beta in early October

Sony and Insomniac Games will be holding a worldwide co-operative and multiplayer beta test for Resistance 2 in early October. There are two options for getting in: premier or open. The first guarantees a spot, but only if you live in Europe and buy episode 3 or an annual subscription to Qore, the online PS3 magazine thing.
