This is the third installment of the popular game, and this time we will see "Max as we've never seen him before" said Rockstar founder Sam Houser. Max will apparently be aged according to the time span of the previous games. "Max Payne 3" is slated for “Winter 2009” release. Can you get any more vague than that?
In any case, something to look forward to. I was always a big fan of Payne.

In a statement DISH said, "Because of the Supreme Court’s decision, we will pay TiVo approximately $104 million (the amount the jury awarded in 2006 plus interest). The money is in an escrow account and will be released to TiVo in the next few days."

1. People are still buying DVDs to replace their VHS collection.
The mass consumers are still trying to replace their old VHS tapes, never mind a high-definition replacement. So now they are being asked to scrap their DVD collections?
